We are currently delivering regular orders as they come, the earlier you order, the earlier you will receive your Jayfi product.
Jayfi will ship to over 30 countries all over the world. All international shipping locations are listed as options on the bottom of our web shop.

Right now you have chosen one of the following countries of delivery, to which we usually deliver within 3 business days after dispatch. However, deliveries to some remote areas will take more than 3 business days.

Once the order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking number after delivery by email. You can query the current state of the goods through official website. 

We do not make partial shipments which means that we will wait to ship until all the products you ordered are available. Unfortunately, we do not offer the option of collection by customer.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Our shipping partner UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. Therefore, we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping to APO / FPO Military Addresses
Unfortunately, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted by our shipping partner UPS.

 

Tax & Import Fees

Tax is not included in the item price for deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, Canada, Hongkong, Australia and New Zealand so you may have to pay tax on delivery (to our shipping partner UPS). 

Furthermore, customers with shipping addresses in these countries are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order, so you may have to pay them also on delivery. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

In most cases, Jayfi assumes shipment cost and tax. However when the sale of goods are detained by customs, the customers may need to take the tax (rarely occurs).

Your payment details will be encoded and sent using a SSL secured connection.


Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code
Some banks offer holders of Visa or MasterCard an additional security measure in the form of a PIN code or password. This tells both, the bank and us, that you are the rightful owner or user of the card. If your card is eligible for the ‘Verified by Visa’ or ‘MasterCard Secure Code’ security measure, you may be asked to enter your PIN code or password. The payment will only be accepted if the correct code or password is entered.


If your bank offers this extra security measure but your card is not yet part of this programme, your bank may ask during the payment process if you wish to subscribe to this security option. This is called ‘Activation During Shopping’ and we have no influence on this process. Participation in Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code takes place through a direct link to your bank. JAYFI has no access or control over this information. Once you have signed up for this service, you can complete your order.

 

Reporting lost or damaged packages
